In Thanh Hoa, in 2023, the programme of providing public telecommunications services has supported 159 units including preschool education establishments, general education establishments and commune health stations that are provided with fixed terrestrial broadband Internet access service until 2025. The programme has also provided 69,000 poor and near-poor households to use mobile information services and 6,230 poor and near-poor households in communes with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions, island communes, island districts and difficult areas with universal telecommunications services using fixed terrestrial broadband Internet services... Total funding supported for the program is up to 30 billion VND.
