Thực hiện chỉ đạo của Bộ TT&TT và theo hướng dẫn tại Nghị Định 49/2017/NĐ-CP, kể từ 15/4/2023, VinaPhone chính thức khóa liên lạc 2 chiều với những thuê bao chưa thực hiện chuẩn hóa thông tin theo yêu cầu. Sau thời điểm bị khóa thuê bao 2 chiều, khách hàng sẽ không thể tự thực hiện chuẩn hóa thông tin thuê bao qua website/app My VNPT. Tuy nhiên, VinaPhone vẫn tiếp tục hỗ trợ mở khóa thuê bao cho các khách hàng có nhu cầu tại Các điểm giao dịch trên cả nước. Để được hỗ trợ mở khóa thuê bao, xác minh thông tin, khách hàng cần mang theo các giấy tờ tùy thân như CCCD, hộ chiếu vv… khi đến thực hiện giao dịch.
