With a view to promoting reform of administrative procedures and developing online public services, from January 1, 2022, Vinh Phuc coordinates with Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) to deploy an administrative procedure settlement system (one-stop system, provincial online public services) through VNPT iGate software and assign VNPT to directly coordinate with specialized agencies and localities in the province to organize the implementation.
This software has many advantages, meeting the ability to connect and share data between public service portals and electronic one-stop information systems; meeting the requirements of its connection to the National Public Service Portal and automatic synchronization of administrative procedures from the public service database. The software also boasts many other superior features.
In order to deploy the information system to handle administrative procedures in the province smoothly and effectively, VNPT actively coordinates with relevant units and localities to focus on propaganda, organizing training and giving instructions on how to use the system.
To date, the province's information system for handling administrative procedures has nearly 1,900 public services, of which more than 950 are full online public services, the rest are partial online public services and information providing public services.
